Loves the Water

You mostly swim breaststroke (or “paní radová”) for about 200 metres on your own, feel comfortable with your head in the water. You feel confident in the deep water too. You have a warm relationship with the water and now you want to take it a step further.

WHAT WE’LL DO TOGETHER...
  • Learn the Freestyle (front crawl) from the ground
  • Our goal: leave with a smile and greater confidence, and make swimming a regular and enjoyable part of your routine
  • Build comfort and control in the water
  • Practise proper breathing
Level

The Consistent Swimmer

You come to the pool regularly, at least once a week, and make sure to swim a kilometre every session. You feel at home in the water, swim mostly breaststroke and backstroke, and can manage freestyle for 50–100 metres.

WHAT WE’LL DO TOGETHER...
  • You can cross the pool somehow
  • You run out of breath quickly
  • You avoid the deep end
Level
